Pupils here are actively encouraged to be creative and enthusiastic about business and entrpreneurial ideas. We are very supportive of Hull Youth Enterprise Partnership and take part in a variety of enterprise activities throughout the year.
Every November we support Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW).
Alongside other hosts in the city of Hull, we have been awarded the 'High Impact Badge of Honour' by Youth Business International.
Stephen Logan, Deputy Head at Malet Lambert, won The Lee Creamer Youth Enterprise Leadership Award at this year's GEW Awards and feels the school's involvement in this annual event is key to encouraging pupils to think more about employment and the possibilities of working for themselves in the future.
He said, "We undertake enterprise and careers activities throughout the school year. GEW is a great event celebrating enterprise on the global stage.
"We are delighted to work in partnership with Hull Youth Enterprise and support our enterprising students to develop their skills for their future careers."
