The ICT department at Malet Lambert provides discrete ICT to all years in the school through compulsory ICT lessons at KS3 & KS4. Our department brings together a wealth of experience with three of our staff coming from high level technical and management roles from a range of industry. This helps us provide in depth technical expertise in ICT and expansive industry knowledge.
Facilities
The school has six dedicated ICT rooms across the site. All rooms have colour/b&w printing. We also have a set of digital video cameras and digital still cameras for the use of pupils as well as suite of iPads. The department also has access to a ‘green screen’ photography kit and a vast array of industry standard software covering everything from the Microsoft Office Suite & Serif Suite to the latest Adobe Master Collection including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, etc.
