As a school, we take pride in the role that we can take in our local community. It is to that end that we continue to look at ways that we can engage and work with the residents, groups and businesses that form the wider community.
Over the course of a school year, we play host to a number of events and activities that could only be successful with the help and participation of members of the school community.
Here are some events that we have already had this year and some that will be taking part in the near future.

On the same evening as our Christmas Concert, our Art Department showcased the work of our talented pupils in a Oen Art Exhibition,
Pupils from across all year groups were invited to submit their work for display in the exhibition, and all mediums and methods were welcome. Submissions were varied, with acrylic pieces, models, illustrations and more all being on display.
Christmas Shoebox Appeal - December 2025
As we approached Christmas, we once again held a donation drive for food, toiletries and other items to make up our Christmas shoeboxes for Age UK. Once we had tallied up our donations from pupils and staff we had nearly thirty shoeboxes to donate.
We were immensely overwhelmed by the amount of donations we received. On 4th December, a team of our pupils loaded up the school minibus to deliver the packed-up Christmas shoeboxes at the Age UK drop-off point.
